Movie reviews?!?

Since I have this blog I may as well use it for other things like... dun dun dun, reviewing movies!!
[I feel stupid talking like this, especially to myself]

I did nothing productive today at all. Well... we went to church as usual and groceries after. But other than that I lazed around and watched The Skeptic on Netflix. Halfway through I was half falling asleep then Jeelyn texted me with her occasional 'bored' and 'too lazy' messages.

That's how I roll neegiz

The funny thing with her is that I throw in jokes between our convos and she is either too slow or does not get it at all haha. Like today, she asked what I wanted to do... to which I replied 'you' and followed it with what do you want to do?
HAHAHA. I like messing around with this girl.

Getting off track here.

[SPOILER ALERT]

So I watched The Skeptic with Tim Daly and Zoe Saldana (one of the people I have a crush on).
It was boring in the first few parts of the movie and probs the reason why I was falling asleep.
The actor was good. But usually when the plot is shit, the good acting helps it raise half a star. But I was not convinced with this movie.

So he says he does not believe in the supernatural, but he does eventually. A good movie would show us parts of the events that would lead to one's doubt in one's belief and/or principles. However, I don't think this movie did that. They showed too little... that or the events were not too convincing.

Zoe was great though, as usual. Her quirky character had me in a daze <3. I may be biased when it comes to my favorite actors but this one she really displayed excellently.

I thought it was going to be scary. But the only scary parts were the character's hallucinations. Those parts weren't even scary... just creepy. I'm not fond of it because Bryan was too quick to change his mind about the idea of supernatural. I mean when you think about it, he has a rational explanation to everything. This is the kind of guy who would need more proof than his own 'hallucinations' to believe in such a thing. I don't know that's just me.

Anyway, I would rate it 2 and a half stars out of 5. Not bad aye?

On a more serious note, Jim left the house early and was out for the whole day. He knew that we decided to take a family picture. Ugh! Oh wells... was too lazy to lay out my photoshoot equipment anyway.
